One of Europe’s largest shopping malls at 420,000 sq m, Cevahir was acquired by St Martins in 2007 in what was Europe's biggest single-asset deal of years.

The six-storey mall has been reconfigured to contain 276 often enlarged units, let to national and international retailers. The Mall contans an integrated entertainment centre with a 14-screen cinema, a bowling alley, three floors of themed attractions and an amusement park.

Around 27.3 million people visited Cevahir between January to late December 2012, and footfall keeps rising.
