St Martins launches landmark office building West45 in Hammersmith

St Martins has completed the refurbishment of its landmark office building West45, Hammersmith, London W6. 

West45 provides a total of 62,244 sq ft of high quality air conditioned office space, with each upper floor having approx. 8,100 sq ft space.  The offices are approached through a new contemporary entrance lobby and reception finished in white stone, with timber wall panels and modern furnishings.

The building is available to lease as a whole, in multiple floors or individual floors, and is available at a quoting rent of £35psf.
