St Martins aims to be recognised for its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) work in the property sector, and for its contribution to the improvement of the environment and society. Our objective is to ensure that CSR issues are integrated within our business processes.
The pages that you will find in the Corporate Responsibility section provide a breakdown of our objectives in the field of CSR – including targets such as: reducing carbon emissions in managed buildings by 10% in the next four years, and adopting a Waste Management Plan. St Martins has also rolled out initiatives in its head office on recycling, energy consumption and waste management.
